Sue-Cai is a 2L at the University of Maine School of Law. Prior to law school, she attended Saint Anselm College and majored in Peace & Justice Studies. After her graduation in 2019, she worked for a year in Portsmouth, New Hampshire at a small law firm as a legal assistant where she supported plaintiff litigation attorneys in workers compensation and personal injury matters. Being raised in Maine, she always hoped to return to the state, so when an opportunity arose at a law firm in Portland, she returned and began working as a legal assistant where she supported the firm’s insurance defense and commercial real estate practice. Following law school, she is interested in exploring various career opportunities with law firms and administrative or government agencies. In relation to her interests in privacy, she has yet to find an area of focus in the field that has not grasped her interest.
