Background

The Student Journal of Information Privacy Law (“SJIPL” or the Journal) is an academic publication produced by the University of Maine School of Law that was established to provide students at the University of Maine School of Law, as well as students at other law schools around the United States and internationally and students participating in graduate-level legal studies programs, an outlet for publishing their work on topics of Information Privacy Law, Cybersecurity Law, emerging technologies and legal implications of those technologies, and other related topics. SJIPL publishes exclusively student-generated work in both a Monthly Edition and an annual Paginated Edition.
